When you sign up for EZ-NP, you will choose an identification code for your organization. EZ-NP puts a cookie with that code on your computer. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. EZ-NP uses a cookie to identify you when you log in and to identify your data so that only you can access it. If there is no cookie on your computer, you will be prompted for the organization ID. Your ID is not shared with anyone.
All the data about your organization is available within EZ-NP and accessible via the menus to anyone in your organization with administrative privileges. Your administrator can and should update any information about your organization and may set up, change or delete usernames and passwords.
Our webhost, Hostek, secures the site. See Hostek Security. That security protects all the data you enter into EZ-NP. There will be a small amount of data about your organization on paper, which will be available only to Moxart employees who have a need to see it.
Hostek also performs regular backups, so your data is safe even if something goes wrong.
